  • Still got an automatic renewal charge after already receiving a confirmation email that it was canceled. In this case, customers can contact the support team, if your order is in 30 days, a refund will be confirmed.
  • Bought download insurance service or other additional services by mistake. You did not know it can remove in the cart. HitPaw will refund to customers if the order is in 30 days.
  • Having technical issues and the HitPaw support team did not have effective solutions. Customers already got their tasks finished with another solution. In this case, HitPaw can arrange a refund to you or change your license to another software you need.

Circumstances of No Refund

Customers cannot get a refund for the below cases.

  • A refund request exceeds the 30-day money-back guarantee, eg, one submits a refund request at the 31st day from the purchase date.
  • Wrongly bought the same software more than need. Customers can provide order numbers and explain to the support team to get a refund or change to another software customer's need.
  • A refund request for the tax due to the different policies on different countries.
  • A refund request for Unable to use the software due to wrong operations or a terrible operating system.
