Ⅰ. How we collect and handle your information, and what information we collect from you
1. When you use our products, we need to obtain your authorisation for the following information through Google API Services:
a. See your primary Google Account email address for identification purposes and to associate our services with your Google Account.
b. See your personal info, including any personal info you've made publicly available, for identification and authorisation purposes.
c. See and download your Google Analytics data so that you can view your own Google Analytics data and download it to your Google Sheets.
d. See edit, create and delete all your Google Sheets spreadsheets so you can read data from spreadsheets or write data to Google Sheets.
e. View and manage spreadsheets that this application has been installed in, so that you can detect your open Google Sheets and select their content.
f. Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications, so that you can display additional menus and sidebars in Google Sheets.
g. Connect to an external service so that you can interact and integrate data with external services.
h. Allow this application to run when you are not present, so that the product can interact and integrate with Google Sheets.
i. See, edit, create, and delete only the specific Google Drive files you use with this app, in order to provide a more secure and personalised user experience, and to ensure that you can only manipulate specific files without disturbing others.
2. When you use our product, we will collect your basic information anonymously (such as login date and time, frequently used features, frequently clicked content, frequently visited pages, etc.) in order to provide and improve our service. Based on the analysis of these collected information, we may modify existing features or develop new ones.
3. Our plugin use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This data will only be used for the functionality of our products that you use and the information will be stored on your own servers and will not be collected or stored by us. In addition, this information will only be transferred between the products selected by you and this transfer will only take place on your own servers and we do not and cannot actively transfer this data.

We will not store your personal information.
III. How we share, transfer and disclose your personal information
When you use our product, the plugin only reads your Google Analytics and Google Sheets based on your actions, and collects information to use in writing to your Google Sheets. We do not actively save any information,and all operations of our product are completed locally on your device. We will not share, transfer, or disclose your information to any third-party tools. We do not share user data with AI models.
Ⅳ. How you shall manage your personal information
We do not collect your personal information. Data obtained through the Google API will be used and stored on your personal device according to your own discretion. You have the autonomy to revoke relevant permissions as you deem fit.
Ⅴ. Policy for minors
If you are a minor, you should use our services only after obtaining prior consent from your parents or legal guardians (referred to as "guardians"). Our products are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Ⅵ. How the Policy will be updated
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of the new Privacy Policy, posting the new Privacy Policy, or providing any other notice required by applicable law. We recommend that you review the Privacy Policy each time you use the product to stay informed of changes to our privacy policy. If you do not agree to the effective changes, you shall stop accessing or using our product on the effective date determined by the changes, and the changes shall have no effect on you. If you continue to access or use our product after the effective date of the changes, you shall be deemed to have agreed to the effective changes.
