For monthly subscriptions, credits are valid for six months and will automatically renew each month. For annual subscriptions, credits are valid for one year as a one-time purchase and do not auto-renew. Any unused credits will expire after the end of their validity period.

Yes, Credit Bundles can be refunded under specific circumstances. Refund eligibility depends on the actual usage and the refund policy at the time of the request. Please contact our support team for assistance with refund inquiries.
Credits that have already been used cannot be refunded. For unused credits, you can contact customer support to request a refund.
Generally, you can receive the confirmation email which contains order information within 1 hour after the purchase.
