Credits are a virtual currency in VikPea that allow you to access premium features or speed up video processing. They can be used in two main ways:
- Video Enhancer Cloud Acceleration & Cloud Export: If your computer hardware is not powerful enough, VikPea’s servers can process your videos for you. Each credit reduces about 1 minute of video processing time, helping you export videos much faster.
- Feature Unlocks (e.g., AI Colorist, Watermark Removal): Some advanced features consume credits based on usage. For example, in cloud watermark removal, processing 4 seconds of video requires 1 credit (any duration under 4 seconds is still counted as 1 credit).
For monthly subscriptions, credits are valid for six months and will automatically renew each month. For annual subscriptions, credits are valid for one year as a one-time purchase and do not auto-renew. Any unused credits will expire after the end of their validity period.
Video Enhancer Cloud Acceleration & Cloud Export: A basic subscription is required to use credits for cloud processing. Credits in this case are used on top of your existing subscription to accelerate video processing or cloud export.
AI Colorist & Watermark Removal Cloud Export: No subscription is required. You can purchase credits independently to unlock these features at any time.
No, Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred or shared with other users.
Credits that have already been used cannot be refunded. For unused credits, you can contact customer support to request a refund.
Generally, you can receive the confirmation email which contains order information within 1 hour after the purchase. Then you will be able to use the product after logging in with the same email you used when purchasing. You can also reset the password if you forget it. If you do not receive the email after 2 hours, please check the SPAM folder.
